Amy Buie, M. Ed, BCBA
Executive Director

Amy Buie has over 14 years of experience with students who have Autism or Asperger's Syndrome.  In addition to her role at AESS, she is also the Executive Director of the Center for Autism Education, an alternative school for students ages 6-21 with severe and challenging behaviors.  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is recognized as a Missouri Autism Consultant.  Amy has a master's degree in Special Education and frequently presents at workshops and conferences across several states.  Amy's areas of expertise are with students with severe and challenging behaviors, Asperger's syndrome, discrete trial teaching for the Classroom, and social skills instruction.
